Is qurban from abroad Islamically valid?
Yes. The majority of Islamic scholars, including those from Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), agree that delegating qurban to a trustworthy representative (wakil) is permissible and the qurban is fully valid. This is based on established fiqh principles of wakalah (delegation). What matters for validity: the animal meets health and age requirements; the slaughter is performed halal by a trained Muslim; it occurs within the Eid Al-Adha period (10-13 Dzulhijjah); and the meat is distributed appropriately. What is the order deadline for Eid 1447H?
Eid Al-Adha 1447H falls on May 27, 2026. Orders close approximately 3 days before Eid — around May 24, 2026. We strongly recommend ordering by May 20 to allow adequate time for your payment to arrive and for us to confirm your animal. Bank transfers can sometimes take 1-2 business days, so don't leave it until May 24.

What is Tebar distribution?
Tebar means your entire animal is slaughtered and the meat is fully distributed to families in need across Indonesia. This is the most charitable option — 100% of your qurban goes to those who need it most. It is also the simplest option: no family address required, no logistics coordination. You receive full documentation of where the meat went and who received it.

What is Kaleng?
Kaleng means one-third of your animal's meat is processed and sealed into long-life cans (daging kaleng qurban), then shipped to your family's address anywhere in Indonesia. The remaining two-thirds is distributed to families in need. Canned qurban meat requires no refrigeration, can be sent via courier to any Indonesian address, and stays fresh for months. The number of cans depends on your grade — typically 6 (Classic) to 14 (Prestige) cans.

What is the Jabodetabek live delivery option?
Jabodetabek (covering Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) means we deliver a live, healthy sheep directly to your family's address in the Jakarta metropolitan area. Your family performs the slaughter themselves on Eid morning — with local coordination of a ustaz or experienced butcher. Standard delivery is H-3 to H-2; express delivery (H-1) is available for +€15. This option is ideal for families who want the traditional, participatory Eid qurban experience.

When will I receive documentation of my qurban?

All of this is permanently accessible and downloadable in your My Qurban dashboard.

Can I track my order after placing it?

What if I have issues with my payment or transfer?

When making your transfer, write the pequrban's name in the Berita Transfer / reference field — this is how we identify which qurban animal to assign. If there's an issue (transfer delayed, amount mismatch), send us a WhatsApp with a screenshot of your transfer receipt and your Order ID. Our team responds within 24 hours, typically within 2-3 hours during business hours.

Can I order qurban for someone else — a parent, spouse, or deceased loved one?
Yes. During checkout, you provide your own details as the buyer (for payment and WhatsApp communication), and separately provide the name of the Shohibul Qurban — the person on whose behalf the qurban is performed. This may be yourself, a spouse, a living parent, a deceased parent (almarhum/almarhumah), or any person you wish to honour. Performing qurban on behalf of a deceased loved one is an established and recommended Islamic practice.
